I believe it is a very good scale to be aware of. As everyone will on their own try to position themselves. And this will bring a new level of self check and awareness of contribution. 1. En la practica el modelo GRPI, me ha resultado más util, a la hora de buscar esa colaboración, definiendo los objetivos, las tareas y responsabilidades de cada miembro del equipo, para así lograr un mejor desempe?o y ser más eficientes en las tareas y objerivos encomendados, lo que conlleva siempre a un mejor tratamiento de un problema y siempre buscando la mejor solución en conjunto con nuestro equipo de trabajo.

Besides, following would improve and strengthen the team’s accountability: 1. The formal and informal structure and culture of the organisation will impact overall accountability within and outside the organisation. 2. Discretionary powers of the team members would be a counter catalyst accountability. 3. Personal roles, attitudes and actions of the leaders would determine overall accountability system. 4. Transparency of; information, behaviours and actions are essential for accountability culture in an organisation. 5. Accumulation of negative social capital in an organisation has inverse relation with accountability.

Podrán existir diferentes modelos o estrategias para hacer un “team building” pero al final la clave está en la identificación adecuada de los líderes que tendrán la responsabilidad de las actividades de los equipos de trabajo en base a su experiencia y habilidades, si estos líderes están bien seleccionados y cuentan con el apoyo o empoderamiento del gerente, los mismos integrantes de los equipos otorgarán el reconocimiento y apoyo necesario a sus respectivos líderes para seguir en conjunto con los objetivos de cada departamento y así del proyecto.
