4 Performing stage

As a project leader, you can optimize, sustain, and recognize the team by eliminating bottlenecks, redundancies, and errors in the workflow. You can also sustain morale, engagement, and satisfaction by providing feedback, recognition, and rewards. Additionally, you should recognize team achievements, learnings, and improvements by documenting, sharing, and showcasing them. It is also important to seek out and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders. Finally, you should prepare and support the team for the next project, challenge, or change.
