Main advantage is that overall energy costs for heating and cooling get lowered. Further electricity prices get lowered with cooling/heating load getting shifted off the electricity Grid, New capacity addition can be deffered as overall utilisation of existing assets gets improved as baseload and peakload converge.

It gives cheaper & 24x7 firm RE power with very low opex and capex being optimised over very high asset life. So industries get cheaper power that too renewable and so H2 electrolyser gets CUF of 100% and also cheaper electricity means cheaper infra like cement,steel, aluminium and hence cheaper industrial and other goods and thus more competitive and greener goods with higher carbon credit earning potential.
