I find that the best testers and the best bugs that come out of testing are the ones where the tester actually has the desire and passion to think like a consumer and try things at a consumer would try. Also sometimes the scenarios that testers use are things that would never happen in a million years from my personal experience a bug was written and a project that I worked on and tester stumped everybody by freezing the entertainment system which caused millions of dollars of testing and time and energy and effort then when we found out how he created the bug it was so ridiculous , a scenario where he was driving no hands on the steering wheel pushing one button and the other with two hands forcing the system to crash lol.
