Actually, I don't quite agree that testing the UAV's functions and performance are part of the maintenance, even more routine maintenance. Tests are particular MoCs to assess the design, are costly, and should be performed rigorously, so that the results can be reliable.

I would mention preventive maintenance in the first place, rather than finally. By design, UAS benefit from a wide range of sensors, and may record data which can be analysed in real time, possibly with AI algorithms, to anticipate any breakdown, limit adverse conditions, or detect frangible components before it becomes critical.
