Mostly we face the issues while we believe at our own previous experience and we jump to conclusions, we should let them clarify everything then at the stage of analyzing we can reach to perfect conclusions also while a hazard is the part of your process that could potentially affect your workers' wellbeing, the risk is the likelihood that harm will occur. so do not also believe on statements only check all required documents to verify the celerity of statements in your findings ,,Best of luck,,

You to know communications important in your day to changes and also about your Audit Plans i also recommends that we have to shear our Audit checklist to Auditees in time so they well be ready for audit the important is they will do something to improve culture before audit , do it and feel the change Creates better relationships. Relationships built on the solid ground of good communication tend to be stronger and can even help participants find opportunities for personal growth. Helps handle conflicts better. .. Builds empathy. Increases self-awareness. .. Builds trust.
