I concur ??. Invoices need to be reviewed and finalized to be ideal for the client that is receiving them. The invoices sent out from the company is a reflection and reminder of the professionalism of the product or service they have purchased. The more reputable and bigger the company the more scrutiny and accountability the invoices have on the company public image.

Invoicing - misconception is sending bill then payment. But there are things that needs to be consider or put in mind that in any process there are in between sub-process that needs to factor in such as validation and approval. The efficiency or gap of these sub-process can either speed up nor delay the expected output. Performance evaluation - misconception is its only for team members that handles the process. But performance evaluation is also relevant to the cycle of the process, management and supplier response time. In order to ensure efficiency in the full process and system cycle, these needs to be evaluated also. Identify gaps, improve efficiency, increase productivity and promotes supplier and customer satisfactions.
