To avoid analysis-paralysis- First, Understand the Problem, then Identify the root cause and provide a solution. If it's taking time to identify the root cause, look at what other alternative solution we have to solve the problem depending on the criticality of the issues. Because, keep in mind, that conflicts mostly arise when there are problems. But as a team, our first focus should be to understand the problem and provide a solution. once the problem is addressed, we can do a deep dive and understand who causes and what are the gaps and how to avoid these in the future.

First thing to do is to individually talk to the persons involved in the Conflict and also talk to the people who work in their teams just to get a general perspective without being judgmental. then understand the root cause (can use the 5 why approach) as we are dealing with people here rather than some statistics.

In the result, that should decrease the emotional degree and that something important.
