We all need to avoid superficial learning gaps and superficial learning 'fills'. Anything that is a mile wide in breadth but an inch deep in depth is a waste of time.

La vida y el trabajo son de constantes aprendizaje, detectar donde están esas lagunas, puede resultar difícil porque el trabajo es algo que hacemos todos los días, cada día, a veces como algo mecanizado, incluso podemos perder la curiosidad de aprender, de mejorar de innovar. Para mí el punto de inicio es reconocer que cada día debemos recordar aprender algo. Evitar suponer que sabemos todo, regresar a nuestros inicios cuando no nos cansábamos de aprender. Después una evaluación de los conocimientos actuales con el fin de refrescar esos temas en los que tenemos dudas, o simplemente olvidamos.
