Tengo claro que comprender el aspecto empresarial de las energías renovables puede ser importante para encontrar un trabajo en este campo. Puede incluir conocimientos de gestión de proyectos, finanzas y marketing. Pero en un sector tan cambiante y en el que hay que aportar valor a?adido la innovación continua debe ser una máxima que el líder o responsable en las energías renovables debe estar dispuesto a implementar de forma continua. Avances claves en las lineas de distribución, materiales, procesos o la irrupción de la IA, IoT y la minería de datos, entre otros, son tecnologías e innovaciones claves que deben incorporar en las estrategias y proyectos. Además toda innovación tiene que ser aceptada por el mercado.

Desde mi punto de vista comprender las repercusiones medioambientales de las distintas fuentes y tecnologías energéticas es importante para muchos puestos de trabajo en el sector de las energías renovables. Esto puede incluir el conocimiento de temas como el cambio climático, el desarrollo sostenible y la normativa medioambiental así como las diferentes estrategias que existen a nivel nacional e internacional. La Agenda 2030, las diferentes cumbres climáticas a nivel mundial y los criterios ESG, entre otros, son diversas lineas de acción que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de aplicar criterios de sostenibilidad en la empresa. Por último destacar que el líder en energía renovables deberá saber influir en su equipo, clientes y sociedad
