In my experience zoom and text size are incredibly beneficial because after spending extending periods of time staring at a screen our eyes begin to become tired and strain. The more strain you are putting on yourself the more uncomfortable you will become and it will hinder your productivity. This is why it is so important to customize your screen and text size to something that is comfortable to yourself that you can focus on for long periods of time. There is also a new Dyslexia friendly font that has been created that aims to assist users with Dyslexia in accessibility in reading long paragraphs. When I first saw this I was blown away by how far accessibility has come. Truly incredible that we have the technology to do such a thing

In my experience screen reader and text to speech are so incredibly important to those who have limited physical capabilities. Often times I would experience end users expressing frustration when they accidentally enable text to speech. I would make sure to confirm how irritating it can be when that function is turned on but also reiterate how important it is for those who need it. It is very easy to take our blessings for granted especially in our physical capabilities and how advanced our technology is as well. For someone with impaired vision using a smart phone would be completely unrealistic,however with the help of certain accessibility settings such as screen reader and text to speech these users are now able to experience this also
