It is delicate that the coaching process takes place and understood by the member, otherwise, you as a leader did not diagnose the failed metric to cure. And the conversation will only be shallow as nothing at all and a total waste of time

Though, we are in a corporate and or business and reinforce the (BAU +work ethics) but denying the fact that your member needs emotional support will not give you a 100% end- to- end result. Why?
