In interior design and build, collaborative contracting models are common practice. When there is a project, multiple parties shall be involved to make sure the project deliver: the client set up the budget, designer and engineer work together on concept implementation, then quantity surveyor control the budget and purchase material. Next production team execute the whole furniture and decoration items. Then logistic team help to deliver them to the site. Construction team do the installation and fit-out work. A project manager shall coordinate all these process and even some time the client manager will give advise on all these process

Dies ist besonders schwierig bei komplexen Gro?projekten, deren Details noch unklar sind. Besser ist es, die Gegenwart mit einer erfolgversprechenden Arbeitsweise und gutem Umgang miteinander in die Zukunft zu projizieren. Meist sind es mindestens Bauherr, Designer und Ausführender, die solche Vertr?ge unterzeichnen, oft jedoch zwischen 5 und 12 Schlüsselakteure, die in kollaborativen Vertr?gen eingebunden sind.

Es gibt aus meiner Erfahrung drei gro?e Herausforderungen: Erstens müssen Bauherren, Planende und Ausführende überzeugt werden, um die passenden Partner zu finden. Zweitens erfordert der Einsatz solcher Modelle gro?es Change Management und die Anwendung von Lean Construction. Drittens muss w?hrend des Projekts die Kultur der Zusammenarbeit aufrechterhalten werden, um den Erfolg zu sichern.
