While agile working can be recognised from, well even Roman Legions were Agile. It was the Agile Manifesto which from 2001 gave us what is still the most coherent description of what agility is, albeit at the time for software development. Since 2001 the Agile Manifesto has been adapted to many other sectors of work, therefore 'Agile' is not a single thing. There are now many agiles: - marketing - finance - engineering - construction - project management....etc. So its important to say WHAT Agile you are talking about. E.g. Agile software development is NOT the same as Agile project management. Remember, bananas and oranges are both fruit but are not the same. Many things are 'Agile' but they look and....taste different.

In my perspective ,in general Agile Model is a continuous iteration life cycle model for software development and testing ,where Waterfall Model is a linear sequential model. both have pros and cons , still where and when decide which process we should pick..

CI/CD practices ensure that code changes behave as expected and passes require test-cases and deploy automatically throughout various environments. Agile focuses on small independent workitems development which should be testable and deliverable. DevOps allows organization to repeat the same standard build, test, package and deployment steps without manual intervention for quick delivery of values to client.

Wasserfallmethoden fordern das Lernen klassischerweise erst am Ende einer Aufgabe. Abseits davon: Jeder sollte immer jederzeit etwas neues Lernen.
