Measuring the plans success is a critical business to do. Most organisations would fail looking at the low results or some would fail celebrating short success early. The below must be made sure for a “Success Success”. 1. A close watch on the action plan 2. Timings of planned actions 3. The micro detailing of the plan 4. The teams efficiency who is working on the plan 5. Time limits Yet, it’s not over. To achieve the success in plans, there are heavy detailings required. Consistency is the key.
