In my experience, problem solving is the important option to have the customer confidance. Because when customer is facing some critical problem, they need a solution at once to avoid any huge loss,and at that time they were eagerly waiting for someone who can solve the problem.

One way to be innovative here is create a portfolio with some of your best work. You can use websites like canva or other websites that help you create these portfolios. It is however not a replacement to your resume. It's only a portfolio showcasing your work, thus, giving you the ability to make it as colourful as you want. Show case your best work, and what you did to achieve that. Make sure to add clickable links if required
