1 Select and transform

I have yet to see two applications sharing the same shortcuts for things. Maybe apart from basic operations such as Open, Save and Select all. Deselect is already different. So this collection of shortcuts is basically nonsense.

2 Draw and erase

An animator needs to be able to draw and erase with ease and accuracy, which requires the ability to switch between different drawing tools, adjust their settings, and erase unwanted parts without interrupting the flow.
