Many times the question can be to describe a scenario but what the interviewer is expecting is a biased answer and for another instance the candidate might have not faced such a situation. So a better way to ask these questions to evaluate the true EQ would be to first evaluate the question and be open to new vision. Other ways can include using self report test and ability test.
