1 Assess the current situation

Pienso que lo más importante es no tomar esto como una simple "moda" ni como parte de lo que se tiene que hacer para no "quedar mal" como marca ni para mostrar en la foto. Es algo en lo que se tiene que creer firmemente desde la cabeza, considerando que todo ser humano, sin importar la procedencia, las preferencias, la edad, la condición física, etc. Pero es algo que debe ser parte del adn de una organización. Si no lo crees, no lo implementes.

Organizations, therefore companies, are made by people, like sport teams are. As such, every organization or team has a leader. In history, we have remarkable examples of how team leaders made profound impact and changes in groups where lack of results and sense of inclusion were settled. Yet, with example, thoroughness, empathy and drive they could change the course of action and create strong bonds between members, and results came unequivocally. I believe is no different in businesses, organizations, companies. Corporate communication is one thing that without implementing has no effect. Strategy is to have the right group of leaders that ensure and promote values such as inclusion.
