Power is something that everyone with authority needs in order to be able to control the ones under them. To have power doesn't mean that you need to be fierce. If you are influential enough, you would automatically be able to have power over others. You can get power from your position such as if you are teacher. If you are a teacher, you would have the power to control your students. Although you might have the power, it doesn't mean that you can misuse it. Only use it when you need and should. Don't use it for your own personal gains. This applies to anyone from any field of work.
