Já na gest?o de pessoas, a situa??o é ainda mais complicada, há quem defenda que para gerir um time basta estudar sobre, há quem diga que, ou nascemos com espírito de lideran?a, ou sem. Quanto ao tempo, esse é subjetivo, visto que temos profissionais jurássicos no mercado com menos conhecimento ou equilíbrio emocional que muito junior.
