Human Resources advisor according to me is a very impactful role. It's a people centric role with diverse responsibilities which includes various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management etc. HR advisors stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance, handle personnel records and manage benefits administration. What i mean to say is, Human Resources advisors contribute to the overall well being of both - The organization and it's employees by balancing the needs of the business with the welfare of the workforce.

Employee Relations: HR advisors handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. They may provide advice on company policies and procedures. Recruitment and Onboarding: HR advisors may be involved in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees. Policy Development: They contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. In my experience, a formal degree is not required for this role. Experience does help though as you are advising others on some pretty deep issues and strategies. However, that experience can be transferable and does not have to be exactly from another HR Advisor role.

It's very easy to stand with management or company but this will not solve the real issues in fact it will create more. But if HR leaders can have their independent opinion it will benefit businesses more. Eg: just after the covid we saw companies hiring and paying large hike to the people without realising what if the aggresive business plans that they have don't work. This has hit the US now and lot of companies and people are in the trouble.
