Event planners need to have the ability to learn. Each type of event and project will have it's own objectives, and that can only be achieved if the event planner has the ability to learn the clients' industry and how to serve it best.

En mi experiencia, el rol cambia, mutua durante el desarrollo del proyecto, y en cada cliente en particular. Principalmente, es liderar al equipo en el compromiso para la ejecución con excelencia dentro del budget. Las actividades diarias incluyen, pero no se limitan, a la investigación, búsqueda y confirmación de los oradores que harán el evento atractivo, el desarrollo de una agenda de contenidos interesante, actual y coherente, una clara definición del target si se trata de un evento abierto al público en general, un exhaustivo plan de marketing que incluya email marketing y redes sociales y cualquier otro medio de difusión clave en la industria, la prospección del lugar para el desarrollo del evento, y la negociación con proveedores.

Acredito que dedica??o é uma das competências iniciais mais necessárias no organizador de eventos esportivo, ele acredita em uma ideia e no amor que tem por aquela atividade e dedica-se dias/anos de planejamento buscando a realiza??o completa daquele momento, que dura algumas horas ou alguns dias. La responsabilidad absoluta cae en la Productora del Evento o sea yo. Desde el dise?o del evento, audiovisual, la planificación, proveedores, show, promoción, venta etc. Pasando por proveedores y cierre del evento (post producción). Es un trabajo complejo pero gratificante. Si un solo detalle sale mal, es tú responsabilidad, aunque no dependiese de tú persona. Ahora, si todo sale bien, te felicitan. Pero lo mejor es la satisfacción del deber cumplido, eso no tiene precio.

Retar obstáculos del cliente (nuestro rol el evento sea exitoso y transformador, no acatar a ciegas opiniones del cliente, mejor motivarlo y ayudarle a expandir sus conceptos de eventos). Usar la tecnología más avanzada en BIG DATA, back ups y seguridad de datos, análisis de data y reporting. Establecer procesos financieros y de pagos claros con cliente y proveedores que permitan éxito en back end del evento y no solo en el front (experiencia del asistente). Sin dinero no hay evento y sin acuerdos claros no hay pagos oportunos.
