Manager and/or supervisor should work closely on the classification of the risk at each stage of the process. This approach would identify the strength and deficiency of various risk factors related to the facilities, tools, equipment, skills personal, products identification and instruction manual. Continuous monitoring of the the risk assessment cycle through the various implemented activities in each processes would improve the assessment and add value to the entire concept.

Na minha experiência, esses dois problemas acontecem na maioria dos processos e consomem muito tempo. O retrabalho acontece quando existe sobreposi??o de atividades, ao invés de um aproveitamento contínuo e as quest?es de interface s?o aquelas em que o processo seguinte no fluxo tem retrabalho devido à forma da entrega.

If the team is working in a project where they don't have enough expertise, this is a bad sign. Of course external advisors can be very useful. But the organisation should only accept projects where their expertise is valuable.

Esto se llama gestión del tiempo y gestión de riesgos en proyectos. En aeronautica estamos acostumbrados a relacionar riesgo con SMS pero hay mas riesgos en un proyecto. Hacer una buena planificación de alcance y tiempo permite identificar cuanta reservas de contingencia (para riesgos conocidos) y cuanta reserva de gestión (para riesgos desconocidos) necesitas. De esta forma, podrás tener una ruta crítica del proyecto que no se vea afectada por algún retraso en alguna actividad y que no ponga en riesgo la seguridad operacional o la calidad.

Sin embargo sus vías de acceso serán dos puentes modulares sobre el río Rímac, considerando que en verano, el citado río sus aguas suben de nivel, en Marzo de 1,994 la urbanización de la Av.
