Mentorship is one important thing a leader always needs to seek. No one is born a leader and so to be a real leader, one needs other leaders that have made it. You need someone to show you the way, one who has had the same experience can walk you through the journey. That person will help encourage you when you face challenges and keep you going. Mentorship is very crucial not only when you are starting off as a leader, but also as you grow up the leadership ladder.

The way of life in your institution should set it apart from others. It should make people not only want to be associated with your institution, but also talk positively about it.

It is important during cirtical phases to engage in transparent communication. Ensure that all communication about the change is transparent and ongoing. Use multiple channels to reach everyone in the school community, including meetings, email updates, and an FAQ section on the school's website dedicated to the change initiative.

Securing internships for pupils with local businesses starts with building strong relationships between schools and the local business community. This can be achieved through regular communication and active engagement in community events, which serve as platforms for showcasing the talents and potential of students.
