Find information as much as possible to get a step ahead in understanding what the new technology is about, what it’s pro and cons are. Since it is a new technology there might be glitches in the system where it can be corrected or enhanced. Practice on the new technology and see/feel how it can or will be beneficial for you and your team. Always try to reach a more efficient way to improve with any new technology implemented in your work area.

Implementar cambios siempre será traumático en los equipos, nos enfrentaremos a la "resistencia al cambio"; para esto, propongo crear "guías de transición" desarrollando documentos paso a paso (amo estos), para ayudar a tu equipo a adaptarse a la nueva tecnología. Esto reduce el tiempo de integración y proporciona una hoja de ruta clara para el proceso de implementación. Prepara en conjunto con ellos Manuales de Operaciones de estas nuevas t3cnologías, aunque sean estas "metodologías" pero contar con Manuales facilita el entrenamiento y la posterior autoconsulta.
