Performance Evaluation Anxiety exists at all levels across all industries. Let’s face it that there won’t be any one who may feel super confident about it even in the best year. So I agree to the earlier points. Coming to the BPO environment, each project/ process there has defined measures and metrics and outcomes. This makes the evaluation objective at the operational end. The element of subjective evaluation is lower than a few other roles in these scenarios. So understanding elements of the metrics that impacts outcomes is one key area. Cracking that code usually helps and gives a sure way of seeing the metrics move favourably. This is a rational element of achieving. Some top performers perhaps have this as their secret to success!
