I didn't work as an intern when I worked in healthcare, but I did work in a extremely disliked department: marketing. Chairs weren't happy with the results coming from the department when I was onboarded, however my boss gave me an interesting task. He told me to go talk to all the chairs of each department and figure out what they wanted to do and observe the entire organization and how everything operated for 90 days, then write up a strategy. So I did and provided feedback on each area, what the highest priorities were, then got buy-in and launched a strategy. First, the chairs were excited because their priorities were being handled. Second, that strategy was a huge contributor to growing from $900m to $1b in annual revenue. Yay.

I haven't had experience as a healthcare intern, but I would be genuine and strive to create a positive atmosphere. I am eager to take on the role of an intern and positively impact the team by offering my support and actively seeking assignments. As healthcare constantly evolves, I value feedback as it allows me to stay adaptable and current in the industry. As an intern, maintaining high professionalism when interacting with others is crucial. Not everyone is accepting of interns, and that is perfectly fine. I would advise being mindful of your surroundings, environment, and the department's culture until you clearly understand your potential colleagues and can effectively collaborate to complete the internship program successfully.

I have worked in the e-learn automation field as an intern and it's completely new to me. When you're in a new position, everything requires time for you to pick up including adapting to the environment, new skills, effort to put in. When you think you're struggling to make progress, focus on the simple tasks to grow, those are milestone you meet and you foster good positivity in your learning environment.
