Well, all other things are just regular stuff. My strategy is somehow easygoing. I advertise the job and make it more lucrative during the interview I personally assure them high esteem and right to speak opportunities. Modern employees don't expect higher stress. They only want to work in good environment and compensation is their secondary concern. I hire atleast 3 people on trial and during the trial I supervise them. After a month we evaluate the right candidate and it is better if all are capable luckily. This strategy may seem weird but it always worked for me.

If I had any opening, first I was looking for internal candidates, who were the best fit for the job, personality, thinking style, skill etc point of view. 2, Provided the required amount and form of training. 3, I was looking for external candidates mostly for for entry level job, where the job profile was not very complex, so was not very challenging to find good candidates, as we were very flexible. I hired for the team, not for a job. 4, If we needed a 'specialist' urgently, instead of an urgent and compromised local hiring, I offered a short term assignment within the global company, brought someone from one of the countries.
