Also been flexible because many of them do not need to be taken at a specific time. So this saves time and can be more effective in getting the skills needed.

I think that, just like we need to experiment in teaching, we also need to experiment with new ways of engaging in professional development. It really helps to change things up. For instance, if you’ve been going to the same conference every year, try to change something and attend a totally different event. Change is good also for professional development.
