Creio que a chave para a facilita??o de grandes grupos é criar um ambiente de confian?a entre o líder e os integrantes do grupo. De maneira que sintam que est?o num ambiente seguro para expressar suas idéias e vis?es, sem que isto implique num julgamento. O trabalho colaborativo e o respeito profissional deve ser o foco principal do facilitador. Outro fator chave é dar clareza dos objetivos do grupo e os resultados a serem alcan?ados. Desta maneira cada indivíduo poderá entender como pode contribuir.

Beyond articulating the objectives and expectations up front when facilitating, I feel the pulse of the room by probing participants to uncover their personal expectations. I find this sometimes exposes needs at variance with the facilitation content. I am able to align expectations by stating what is within scope, what is out of scope, and what can be accommodated within time constraints. This way I foster collaboration and buy in while maintaining authority.
