Such events provide teams with exposure to emerging trends, new product offerings, and real-life experiences from various organizations, including knowledge gained and lessons learned. This builds the foundation upon which analyses can be performed and decisions can be made on what experiments are feasible and what the best approach is for one’s own team and organization.?

Based on my experiences, I firmly believe that seeking IT solutions should be the final step in the process. Beginning by identifying the precise issues to be addressed, understanding the pain points, and grasping the actual needs is paramount. Without this foundational understanding, there's a high probability, around 99%, that the solutions devised will fail to align perfectly with the genuine requirements. This can result in wasted resources, both in terms of money and time. Ultimately, end users are likely to be dissatisfied, potentially leading to new, entirely avoidable problems or strained relationships.
