People often tend to overestimate their own abilities at this point. So be honest and explain why you think you can do it. When have you been able to take big steps in the past? Explain this using examples. What was it like when you started at the company and what have you been able to achieve so far? Inspire confidence that you will continue to grow in similar big steps... if they let you!
