My suggestion would be to join some clubs where you can devote some time to doing some workshops or you can conduct some sessions. Or create your own club, that is also good. There are also like thousands of online literary communities and forums where a lot of discussion and conversations happen on a regular basis, you can join as a member free of cost.

The best way to find people who think alike or have similar interests/hobbies, is to look around for clubs. It could be an offline club or even an online community given that a lot of online forums now have an active number of audience regularly interacting with each other.
