The reason or issue can be workload or overload, unclear requirements, inefficient processes, priority, technology, or insufficient help. 2. Based on my research, I will rank the bottlenecks or barricades of the identified issues. 3. I will identify the issues or reasons that can be sorted out. Will be performing a gap analysis and based on the result will try to eliminate the barricades. 4. Lastly, I will approach my manager to discuss the issues or reasons that cannot be sorted out. I will seek their mentorship and guidance to meet the deadlines.

Compensation issues on not aligning with the market trends Or anything else. This should be analyzed and each has a different solution to it.
