This approach, rooted in my personal journey, challenges the traditional 'observe and learn' model. By actively engaging with the latest technologies, we gain a nuanced understanding that theoretical learning alone cannot provide. This hands-on experience is invaluable, ensuring we remain adaptable and forward-thinking in the ever-evolving tech landscape and helps us see our subject in a rounded sense.

En mi opinión, principalmente como académico y ex-docente de la carrera Lic. en Gerencia de Recursos Humanos, comparto la idea de estar actualizados con la tecnología, la cual, sabiéndola manejar puede ser una gran ayuda, en la Mentoría y en todo para la vida. Sin embargo aclaro que en mi perspectiva como M.Sc. en Gerencia de Recursos Humanos, advierto que la gente, las personas no son máquinas y por ende los procesos relacionados a la Gestión Humana, NO PUEDEN SER AUTOMATIZADOS AL 100% pues desde la selección y otros procesos, es imposible estandarizar a las personas, recordando que cada una es una individualidad muy diferente a otra y por ello son "el recurso" más valioso para cualquier tipo de organización, de allí su importancia.
