Note reasons for deviations in parameters and corrective actions taken. - Prepare for emergencies, like m/c breakdown, or power failure. Read the Operation Manual like a bible. - Develop a network and discuss various operation related problems. Discuss case studies on extraordinary situations. - Attend training programs, or a workshop where new concepts are discussed. - In power plant there are simulators where you can hone your skills. - You should be willing to learn from anyone. Everyone has the capability to learn anything at any age. Good luck.

You need to revie your Learning Plan periodically to keep it live and relevant. What to include in your Learning and how to learn will be vital for your Learning.
