As an IE and executive, one key attribute is to be able to effectively lead your teams to ensure that goals are being accomplished. As an executive you should look at teams as individual groups to help them accomplish their tasks but also as understand how they work together as part of the whole process. An executive should also be working with the teams to make sure they are functioning well together when required. Most importantly when setting goals also set times to meet with the groups to review their progress; do not wait until the very end to see how they are progressing.
