Many decisions are made in ERP projects and project progress is made possible by the decisions taken.It is also possible to monitor this from progress reports and tables. You cannot move to the next stage without making the necessary decisions. However, some decisions are vital for the project. The number of such decisions is small throughout the project, and they generally have a company-wide impact. Therefore, before such decisions are made, project leaders should come together and evaluate the issue with the data they have. Project leaders should then contribute to the decision-making process by making a presentation to the project sponsor or company senior management. In this way,risk sharing makes the decision-making process healthier.

The final step is to implement the solution and monitor the results. You should plan and execute the actions and tasks required to implement the solution and assign roles and responsibilities to the team members.
