I never really had a proper mentor, but I found it useful to reach out to people who are doing now what I want to be doing in a few years time and asking for a call to just pick their brains. Same goes with any wider communities/slack communities etc – it's a great place to learn, connect with others, and then I didn't really feel like I need one particular mentor.

Cramp your cranium. You can have endless mentors in the form of authors and successful entrepreneurs. Learn from them, their mistakes, their successes, and apply them to your own business.

Keep testing. Keep learning. Keep validating. Don't waste time and resources that you don't have. You can seek feedback easily from your network, do it. It will help.

I have seen several solutions, one thing is a fact you visit a doctor when you are ill, visit an expert in the industry who you can mirror to. Don′t ask friends and not knowledgeable people you get the wrong feedback. If you do it yourself, start asking yourself your WHY! This will define what truly drives you, your purpose, what get′s you going, the career path will point itself when you are open to your WHY.
