Gaining new skills on the go can be a great way to keep the learning curve moving. Exploring roles which are new with interrelated industry segments and lastly to keep networking actively.

Example: During the Covid-19 pandemic, some businesses in the hospitality industry made the mistake of cutting back on services. As a frequent traveler, I observed this firsthand. Loyalty to a particular hotel group waned due to their drop in service quality. Prioritizing service, even during adversity, fosters customer loyalty and retention.
