Don't worry or hold your breath! The construction industry has always been notoriously resistant to new technology and change, and invest very little in it. That's why production rates have shot up in all industries excepting construction, which lags at 2% over the past 20 years. Other than BIM - which is a primary exception - very few technological changes are noticed or well manifested in the industry.
