Learn fundamental concepts like scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. With a solid educational foundation, you'll navigate project management challenges with confidence and competence.

We all have a starting point, and mine started with insults on a project that was handed over to me just a day prior to the client call! That conversation taught me lessons, that a lifetime of project management wouldn't. We can refer to a million books, but nothing like knowing client expectations, your pricing tool and the project plan inside out to give a good picture of your project. Add a sprinkling of past experience, common sense, and a contact list of "go-to" stakeholders and you should be fine on your project. In response to the question of what I would do for my personal growth, I would focus on a specific area of science to be successful in project management in that area. That's why I entered the field of process management and BPMN. I learned how to manage processes and automate them. I studied Camunda and UiPath for this purpose. I became familiar with coding in Java and SpringBoot, and learned how to use APIs, etc. Now I can take on specialized project management responsibilities. Currently, to acquire more projects, I am studying AI, machine learning, and Python. So, having knowledge in project management alone was not enough for career development, and after a while, it is necessary to progress. And this process continues.
