Here are a few approaches to overcome this; 1- Networking: Network with experienced experts in your field. this can be done via professional platforms like LinkedIn, and Twitter (X), just to mention a few. 2- Apply for Mentoring programs: mentoring programs help you to connect with people with similar professional or academic interests. 3- Join Youth and professional organizations: This improves your network, leadership, and skills.
