Success can also be measured amount of money verses the work load done with the money how it was distributed and used .I mean Accountability and Transparency is one of the keys to success , because success is a journey and it's always one step at a time .it takes time for one to climb the ladder of Success and when there's no accountability then this becomes a different thing that's failure to success and productivity

Addition to that you can also locate people who have also done the grant writing..people with versed experience can also be helpful in this and also learning from them that did that and failed several times this also can be of great help and will help in doing the right thing . Also ensure that you find the right source that can be helpful in writing and bring positive results at the end of it all
