Such conversations typically take 5-10 times longer with a careful approach not upsetting someone. However, I also realized that once convinced, the suggestions or ideas can spread very fast and great new ideas or improvements are added. Environmental enhancements could go so much faster in the US if there would be a strong exchange of information and experiences between North America and Europe.
