Feedback é algo delicado. No Brasil as pessoas n?o tem o hábito de dar é pedir Feedback com leveza. Na maioria das vezes o Feedback é negativo e só chega após você cometer um ou vários erros. N?o temos o hábito se elogiar e monitorar as pessoas enquanto tudo está bem. Procuramos apenas o erro e usamos como uma senten?a à qual n?o cabe recurso. Muitas vezes uma pessoa é deixada por sua conta e risco mesmo que a mesma solicite tal auxílio para saber se está no caminho certo. Já aconteceu muito comigo sem eu sequer ter tido um treinamento ou auxílio em uma nova fun??o.
