Opinion conflict is a sign of success as the participants are actually thinking of the process and having different aspects into consideration. When it gets to a level that hinders the process, one can give personal examples and how different writers can see it differently and do it in a different way. For example, a cowriter and I did an exercise of joining random extreme words to write. He would write poetries while I would stick to essays. He thinks that poetries help the expressions better while I find essays to be liberating. After some thought, we decided to publish the mixture and leave it to public reaction. People loved to see the same thing in two different ways and it turned out to be a joyful exercise.
