You need to create a vivid image in your buyers mind. Demand their attention and let them imagine what the future outcome will look like.
Lo primero que hago y me resulta facilitador para el resto del proceso es escribir, en una hoja en blanco y con birome, todas las partes ha tener en cuenta. Desde el punto de partida hasta el objetivo a conseguir, considerando los actores, el escenario y el proceso. Una vez que tengo ese borrador, comienzo a "acomodar" cada punto y a situarlo en tiempo y lugar. De ahí en más es cuestión de comenzar la redacción que fluye mirando la estructura.
Think about the end reader. Are they familiar with the jargon? If not, what language would they use? What can you say in layman's terms? My first thought is usually, "what is the most basic way I can explain this to a five year old?" That helps me to simplify.

Muchas veces las oraciones resultan excesivamente complejas porque les faltan verbos y dinamismo, usar este patrón nos obliga a agregar verbos y quitar sustantivos. También de esta forma mostramos a alguien haciendo algo, en lugar de fenómenos abstractos ocurriendo.

There are different other techniques to demystify complexity but try at one technique at a time, observe the outcome, then tweak it based on requirements.

Mindmap your ideas and their flow. The hierarchy of their supporting points. I do this with my longer form content and when I'm building presentations, and it takes a lot of the stress away. A visual representation of both thoughts and flow is a great help to a writer. Stuck? Work on the mindmap iteratively. Many mindmapping software packages will output an outline as well as the visual representation, and sometimes seeing both helps.

Editing is one of the most underrated aspects of writing well. 1. Short and concise sentences are more effective than longer sentences 2. When an idea is conveyed in logical order - top down or bottom up it makes more sense and keeps the reader engaged 3. Doing a proof check and grammar check is critical By doing all the above, one can make their writing more impactful.
What really helps is to break the ideas into blocks that answer what/who/how/why and even in this world of AI, a notebook or whiteboard simplifies everything!
