I actually disagree with this question entirely. Why are we looking at things that are "exposed" through feedback as weaknesses? Feedback should be welcomed for anyone who welcomes growth and in my opinion, anything that is "exposed" while receiving feedback should be looked at as constructive criticism and as a way to grow. Our true potential will never be met if we are offended by the feedback we receive from our peers, coworkers/colleagues. If you are confident and comfortable where you are and have no desire to change, consider them weaknesses, but if you're ready for growth and endless opportunity- choose to take that constructive criticism and soar.

I think taking feedback and working on it, is a great step towards improving anything. It helps me in doing SWOT analysis of my own calibre. If I get to know my weakness, I work on it. Don’t take it personally. One of the ways we cripple constructive feedback (which is meant to aid us) is by not taking the feedback personally. Don’t allow your perfectionism to block you from building constructive ways to better. As humans, we all have weaknesses. It’s better to embrace them and work on them, rather than stifling your growth because of self-criticism.
